Amenities

Longframlington is a thriving village which boasts an excellent general store, butchers and Post Office. There is also a good choice of pubs and restaurants within the locality.

Walking

There is a good network of local footpaths, all way-marked in the last few years, and these are detailed in a free leaflet. There are also more challenging and varied walks within easy reach, both along the Coast, and in the Hills. Extensive information on these together with maps are available to borrow in the Cottage.

Tradition

A well-known maker of Northumbrian smallpipes is a resident of Longframlington and has a workshop in the village which is open to the public.
