The Cottage is …………

superbly equipped, detached, and stone-built, situated within the grounds of the owners’ house, and about ˝ mile from the village of Longframlington.

A tastefully-restored former gamekeeper’s cottage for 2-4 people, fully centrally-heated and double-glazed, it has 2 bedrooms, a luxurious king-size and a comfortable twin

The lounge/dining room is light and airy, and has a stripped oak floor, exposed beams and a log-burning stove for extra cosiness at any time of the year. It also has the benefit of TV with digi-box, video/DVD & CD/Hi-Fi. A selection of CDs, DVDs and videos (& lots of books!) are available for guest use.


The bathroom has a bath with shower over and has under-floor heating for additional comfort.

The kitchen is very well equipped having a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and microwave as well as all the standard items.

Outside, there is an enclosed paved and grassed area complete with stone-built barbecue, quality garden furniture and wonderful open views towards nearby hills. There is also access to a further grassed area for games or relaxation.
